Hi Everyone,
Join me this fall for extended yoga classes. I will be offering 2 hour classes at the Yoga Center of Sonoma County and Airport Club. Sign up early for my August workshop and you’ll get $10 off. Class is from 2:00-4:00 pm. We will be moving in a mandala and opening our hips and hearts! If you are having financial difficulties, please let me know so I can accommodate you.
