Prenatal Pilates is designed to promote good posture and spinal alignment, easing the strain and tensions involved with a changing body during pregnancy. Relieve stress and eliminate common pregnancy complaints like backaches. Classic Pilates exercises have been modified to address the changes and challenges that are inherent and unique to pregnancy. Previous experience is not necessary; beginners are welcome. Three person minimum. Afternoon sessions also available. Private sessions available.
